Whereas, The Public Art Ordinance was revised and approved on June 3, 2013;
Whereas, The adopted FY14 budget was prepared in accordance with the ordinance prior to the approved revisions;
RESOLVED, The FY14 revenue and expenditure budgets be reduced in the following funds to comply with the new ordinance:

0043-Sewage Disposal System ($ 50,050.00)
0069-Stormwater ($ 33,500.00)
0062-Street Millage ($120,700.00)
0071-Parks Millage ($ 8,714.00)
