Memorandum
Attached for your consideration is a request from Biercamp LLC, for a new Micro Brewer Liquor License to be located at 1643 S. State Street. The applicant plans to operate the establishment as a retail shop selling sausage, jerky, pickled items and more. They plan to brew small batches of beer to pair with their artisan meats and sell in growlers for off-site consumption.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
