Attached for your consideration is a request from Cherry Republic, Inc. for a new Wine Tasting Room to be located at 223 S. Main Street. The applicant plans to run the establishment as a specialty grocery serving beer and wine by the glass.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
