A variance ranging from 2 feet 6 inches to 34 feet in order to permit a variable rear setback ranging from 37 feet 6 inches to the rear of the proposed building to 6 feet from the closest residential zoning boundary to the southeast corner of the building; 40 feet is minimum required.
