Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept a Grant of Easement for water main at 2705 Plymouth Rd. and 2793 Plymouth Rd. from Watershed III, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company.
An easement for an existing water main located at 2705 Plymouth Rd. is being granted to the City in order for a new water main to be constructed and connected at the site on 2793 Plymouth Road.
The easement is in standard form and conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, Watershed III, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company is the owner in fee simple of properties located in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw, State of Michigan, as described in the Washtenaw County Records at Liber 4040, page 961, and recorded on August 9, 2001;
Whereas, Pursuant to a Resolution, Watershed III, LLC authorizes Vernon Hutton, as Managing Member, to act on behalf of the company;
Whereas, Watershed III, LLC has delivered an easement for lands located in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw to the City for the construction and maintenance of a municipally operated public service comprising the public utilities system to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:
