I. Sarah Singleton discussed several claims for damaged police vehicles and city property submitted by Public Services for reimbursement. The Board tabled any action until an actual amount is established for total reimbursement.
II. Mike Pettigrew discussed payment for repair of City sidewalks adjacent to properties located in a township.
Tony Derezinski made a motion to approve payment from the Risk Fund for sidewalk repair in the City's right of way adjacent to properties in a township as a loss prevention. Mike Pettigrew seconded. The motion passed.
