Memorandum
Attached for your review and approval is a resolution to approve Amendment No. 1 to the professional services agreement with Wolverine Technical Staffing, Inc. which provides Information Technology technical support services. The amendment adds consulting services in the amount of $10,251.00 to the current agreement that provides onsite support in the form of two temporary Infrastructure Support Administrators.

The staffing strategy employed by the City's Information Technology Service Unit is to occasionally augment staff with contracted services when the demand for IT services outstrips the supply of in-house resources. This is the situation the City Information Technology Service Unit faced before contracting with Wolverine technical Staffing, Inc.

Funding for the additional services being requested is available in the FY2013 Information Technology Budget.

Wolverine Technical Staffing, Inc. received Human Rights and Living Wage approval on May 11, 2012.
