An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 55 (Zoning), Rezoning of 0.26 Acre from PUD (Planned Unit Development District) to R4C (Multiple-Family Dwelling District), 922-926 Catherine Street (CPC Recommendation: Approval - 6 Yeas and 0 Nays) (Ordinance No. ORD-12-29)
Memorandum
This ordinance will zone these two parcels from Planned Unit Development District (PUD) to Multiple-Family Dwelling District (R4C). The original PUD zoning was approved in 1979 for a five-unit condominium development that was never built. The R4C zoning is proposed to allow construction of a three-story townhouse building containing five dwelling units on the combined sites.
The City Planning Commission, at its meeting of July 17, 2012, found the proposed rezoning to be consistent with the adjacent zoning, the surrounding land uses, and the City's Master Plan and recommended approval of the rezoning and associated site plan.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP, BEING A PART OF CHAPTER 55 OF TITLE V OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ANN ARBOR
The City of Ann Arbor ordains:
Section 1. THE ZONING MAP, which, by Section 5:4 of Chapter 55 of Title V of the Code of the City of Ann Arbor is made a part of said Chapter 55, shall be so amended as to designate the zoning classification of property described as follows:
Lots 4 and 5, Wood And Brooks Subdivision No. 2, as recorded in Liber 2 of Plats, Page 38, Washtenaw County Records.
