Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept an easement from U.S.A. Missions of Michigan, Inc. for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a water main at 2000 Dhu Varren Rd.  
 
The terms and conditions of the grant of easement have been reviewed and approved by the Project Management Unit of the Public Services Area.
 
The easement is in standard form and conveyed without cost to the City.
 
Acceptance of the grant of easement is recommended.

Body
Whereas, U.S.A. Missions of Michigan, Inc., is the owner in fee simple of real property located at 2000 Dhu Varren Rd. in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; and
 
Whereas, U.S.A. Missions of Michigan, Inc., has delivered a permanent water main easement for lands located in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw to the City, to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:
 
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 16, T.2S., R.6E., Ann Arbor Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N89°59'57"W 59.14 feet along the North line of said Section 16 and the centerline of Dhu Varren Rd. (Variable Width); thence S00°02'30"W 33.00 feet for a PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence continuing S00°02'30"W 141.57 feet; thence N89°59'57"W 40.00 feet; thence N00°02'30"E 141.57 feet; thence S89°59'57"E 40.00 feet along the existing rightofway line of said Dhu Varren Rd. to the Place of Beginning.
 
RESOLVED, That the City hereby accepts said easement.
