Attached for your consideration is a request from BL Restaurant Operations, LLC, for a new Dance-Entertainment Permit to be held in conjunction with a 2011 Class C Liquor Licensed Business, located at 401 E. Liberty, Suite 200, d/b/a Bar Louie. The applicant plans to maintain the same operation as currently licensed. The Dance-Entertainment Permit will allow the applicant the option of opening a dance floor during special events.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
