Resolution to Direct Planning Commission and Planning and Development Services Staff to Revise the Zoning Ordinance Requirements for Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and Cultivation Facilities

Whereas, The City Medical Marijuana Licensing Board has recommended an amendment to the Medical Marijuana Zoning Ordinance, and
Whereas, The Planning Commission and Planning and Development Services staff customarily review proposed amendments to zoning ordinances and provide recommendation to City Council;
RESOLVED, That City Council hereby direct the Planning Commission and Planning and Development Services staff to review the proposed ordinance revision and provide a recommendation to City Council by June 4, 2012.
