Attached for your consideration is a request to transfer ownership of a 2011 Class C Liquor Licensed Business with a Dance Permit, located at 226 S. Main, from Parthenon Gyros Restaurant, Inc. to Habana on Main, LLC. The applicant plans to relocate the existing Café Habana business currently located on Washington Street between Fourth and Fifth Avenues.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
