Attached for your consideration is a request to transfer ownership and location of an escrowed 2011 Class C Liquor Licensed Business with a Dance-Entertainment Permit, located at 13-15-17-19-21-23 N. Washington, Ypsilanti, Michigan, from Maximum LLC to Savco LLC, transferring the location to 403 E. Washington. The applicant plans to run the establishment as a specialty grocery serving beer and wine by the glass.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
