Attached for your consideration is request to transfer ownership of a 2011 Resort Class C Liquor Licensed Business issued under MCL 436.1531(2), located at 106 S. First St., from New Miki, Inc. to Kim & Felisha II, Inc. d/b/a Miki Japanese Restaurant. The applicant plans to maintain the same operation as currently licensed.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
