Whereas, Ann Arbor Christian Reformed Church is the owner of property commonly known as 1717 Broadway Street, described at Liber 1552, Page 69, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Ann Arbor Christian Reformed Church has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
Commencing at the intersection of the East line of Section 21, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan with the centerline of Broadway Street (66 feet wide); thence S 68°38'00" W 303.30 feet along the centerline of Broadway Street; thence N 21°22'00" W 213.05 feet; thence 54.19 feet along the arc of a circular curve to the left, having a radius of 658.75 feet, central angle of 04°42'49", and a chord bearing N 23°43'25" W 54.18 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 67°10'58" W 78.88 feet; thence N 22°49'02" W 40.00 feet; thence N 67°10'58" E 75.37 feet; thence 40.16 feet along the arc of a circular curve to the right, having a radius of 658.75 feet, central angle of 03°29'35", and a chord bearing S 27°49'37" E 40.15 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, being part of the NE ¼ of Section 21, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, as illustrated on the attached Exhibit A, being a part of Tax Parcel I.D. No. 09-09-21-104-045.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor accepts this grant of easement.
