Whereas, West Side United Methodist Church is the owner of property commonly known as 900 South Seventh Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103, described at Liber 2299, page 91 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, West Side United Methodist Church has signed a grant of easement for public right-of-way, described as:
Part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, T2N-R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of Section 32; thence along the West line of Section 32, S 01°28'14" E, 257.04 feet (recorded as South, 257 feet); thence N 87°48'34" E, 462.71 feet (recorded as East, 462.46 feet); thence along the Westerly Right of Way line of South Seventh Street, S 01°25'32" E, 95.24 feet (recorded as South, 95 feet), to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the Parcel to be described; thence N 87°49'20" E (recorded as East), 33.00 feet; thence along the centerline of South Seventh Street (66 foot wide Right of Way), S 01°25'32" E (recorded as South) 205.93 feet; thence S 87°53'03" W (recorded as West), 33.00 feet; thence along the Westerly Right of Way line of South Seventh Street, N 01°25'32" W (recorded as North), 205.89 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 0.16 acres, more or less or 1,675 square feet, more or less.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
