Memorandum
Approval of this resolution will rezone this 2.2 acre parcel from M1 to O to allow construction of a 5,000 sq ft financial building with 4 drive-thru lanes on a currently undeveloped portion of the site.
The City Planning Commission determined that the proposed rezoning is consistent with the adjacent zoning, the surrounding land uses, and the City's Master Plan and recommended approval of the request at its meeting of September 3, 2014.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP, BEING A PART OF CHAPTER 55 OF TITLE V OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ANN ARBOR
The City of Ann Arbor ordains:
Section 1. THE ZONING MAP, which, by Section 5:4 of Chapter 55 of Title V of the Code of the City of Ann Arbor is made a part of said Chapter 55, shall be so amended as to designate the zoning classification of property described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 4, T3S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, thence N01?53'00"W 250.00 feet along the West line of said Section; thence N87?09'00"E 51.25 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of State Street, thence N02?03'20"W 792.64 feet along said right-of-way line to the POI...
