Whereas, the University of Michigan is the owner of property commonly known as 830 Fuller and 426 North Ingalls;

Whereas, the University of Michigan has signed an agreement granting a water main easement, being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, B5N, R12E, LAWRENCE AND MAYNARD'S ADDITION TO ANN ARBOR as recorded in Liber 27 of Deeds, Page 471, Washtenaw County Records; thence N02?16'31"W 148.85 feet along the Easterly right-of-way line of North Ingalls Street; thence S87?30'01"W 88.04 feet along the Northerly right-of-way line of East Kingsley Street to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along said Northerly right-of-way line S87?30'01"W 40.00 feet; thence N02?16'31"W 167.91 feet along the Westerly line of Lot 4, B5N, R11E, of said LAWRENCE AND MAYNARD'S ADDITION TO ANN ARBOR; thence N20?42'38"E 41.01 feet; thence N16?50'38"E 178.53 feet; thence S73?09'22"E 40.00 feet along the Southerly right-of-way line of Fuller Street; thence S16?50'38"W 179.88 feet; thence S20?42'38"W 34.23 feet; thence S02?16'31"E 37.80 feet; thence S87?43'29"W 18.31 feet along the Northerly side of a proposed wall; thence S02?16'31"E 102.81 feet along the Westerly side of said proposed wall; thence N87?43'29"E 18.31 feet along the Southerly side of a proposed building and the Westerly extension thereof; thence S02?16'31"E 19.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
