Memorandum

Attached for your consideration is a request from Cascabel Ventures, L.L.C. for a new Outdoor Service Area to be held in conjunction with a Class C Liquor Licensed Business, located at 341 E. Liberty, Suite 1, in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  The applicant plans to maintain the same operation as currently licensed, with the addition of the outdoor service area.

The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
