This easement is granted as part of the Russell Street Road Improvement Project. This easement is in standard form and the AAHC is donating this easement without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, the Ann Arbor Housing Commission is the owner of property commonly known as 800 S. Maple Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103, described at Liber 5059, page 309 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, the Ann Arbor Housing Commission has signed a grant of easement for public right-of-way as shown on the attached map and described below:
Being a part of Lots 30 through 33 and the East half of vacated Hickory Avenue (50 feet wide), of "West Liberty Heights", a subdivision of part of the Southeast 1/4 Section 25, Town 2 South, Range 5 East, Scio Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan, according to the plat thereof recorded in Liber 6 of Plats, on Page 16, Washtenaw County Records, more particularly described as: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 30; thence South 00 degrees 47 minutes 37 seconds East along the West line of said Lot, said West line also being the East Right-of-Way line of said vacated Hickory Avenue, 17.49 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence proceeding South 89 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds East 12.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 47 minutes 37 seconds East along a line 12.00 feet East of and parallel with the West line of said Lot 30, 40.51 feet; thence South 89 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds East along a line 2.00 feet North of and parallel with the South line of said Lots 30 through 33, 265.57 feet; thence South 00 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds East 2.00 feet to a point on ...
