Attached for your consideration is a resolution to approve revised FY 2012 General Fund allocations to nonprofit entities for human services, resulting from Council’s addition of $85,600 to Human Services funding as a part of the FY 2012 Budget. These allocations reflect revisions to specific award amounts approved on May 31, 2011 by resolution R-11-205 due to the amended dollar amount in both the overall City human services funding budget.

Based on the Coordinated Funding model approved by Council on November 4, 2011 and the final budget amounts as approved by all Coordinated Funding partners, a total of $4,285,089 has been allocated to 40 agencies (38 awarded competitively and 2 awarded through sole-source) for the delivery of 65 human services programs as approved by resolution R-11-205. The total budgets for all Coordinated Funding partners are as follows:

Funding increase of $85,600.00 approved by Council did not specifically allocate this amount to any agency at the time of funding. Current resolution allocates an increase (May 31, 2011) to agencies listed below and approves revised allocations for these agencies for FY 2012. The funding is being distributed to these agencies according to the approved mechanism in resolution R-11-205 wherein the higher scoring agencies received a proportional increase.
