Memorandum
This ordinance will zone this property to R2A (Two-Family Zoning District).  The petitioner proposes to rezone this property to allow the construction of a duplex.    The City Planning Commission, at its meeting of August 7, 2013, recommended denial of the request, as the rezoning does not follow the recommendations of the City of Ann Arbor Master Plan: Land Use Element.
