Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept an easement for public utilities from Linda Brooks, a single woman, for the construction and maintenance of public utilities.
The easement is in standard form and conveyed at no cost to the City.
Acceptance of the grant of easement is recommended.

Whereas, Linda Brooks, a single woman, is the owner in fee simple of property located in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, as described in the Washtenaw County Records at Liber 1919, Page 660, recorded March 19, 1984; and
Whereas, Linda Brooks, a single woman, has delivered an easement to the City for the construction and maintenance of municipally operated public services to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:
A variable width water main easement located in part of the Northwest ¼ of Section 21, Town 2 South, Range 6 East, in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 12 of the Assessor’s Plat No. 35, as Recorded in Liber 10 of Plats, Page 32, Washtenaw County Records; Thence N 87°-08’-30” E 9.44 Feet along the Southerly line of said Assessor’s Plat No. 35; Thence N 15°-26’-01” E 1.94 feet to the South Easterly Line of the Hiawatha Place Right-of-Way Line; Thence South Westerly along said Hiawatha Place an arc length of 10.23 feet along a circular curve to the right, having a radius of 50.00 feet, a Delta Angle of 11°-43’-24”, and a Chord of 10.21 feet, bearing S 76°-45’-52” W to the Southerly Line of said Assessor’s Plat No.35, and the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
