Body

Whereas, The University of Michigan is the owner of property commonly known as 2323 S. Main St., and 2240, 2600 and 2500 S. State Street; and

Whereas, The Regents of the University of Michigan, a Michigan Constitutional corporation, has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described in Exhibits B, C, D and E of the attached maps;

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor accepts the easement and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to sign the easement agreement.
