An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 55 (Zoning), Rezoning of 0.19 Acre from PL (Public Land District) to PUD (Planned Unit Development District), Society of Les Voyageurs Property, 411 Long Shore Drive (CPC Recommendation: Approval - 9 Yeas and 0 Nays) (Ordinance No. ORD-12-03)
Memorandum
This ordinance will zone this property to PUD (Planned Unit Development District) and adopt Supplemental Regulations to allow continued use of an existing site that was incorrectly zoned as Public Land (PL) at some point in the past. The proposed zoning is consistent with the PUD standards, the surrounding land uses, and the City's Master Plan.
The City Planning Commission, at its meeting of January 19, 2012, recommended approval of the request. A PUD Site Plan for a small addition will be submitted for Council consideration at the same meeting as the second reading and public hearing for this PUD rezoning.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP, BEING A PART OF CHAPTER 55 OF TITLE V OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ANN ARBOR
The City of Ann Arbor ordains:
Section 1. THE ZONING MAP, which, by Section 5:4 of Chapter 55 of Title V of the Code of the City of Ann Arbor is made a part of said Chapter 55, shall be so amended as to designate the zoning classification of property described as follows:
