Memorandum
The attached resolution is requesting approval to close Washington Street between Fletcher and Thayer Streets on Saturday, September 3, 2022 from 3:00 PM until 2:00 AM on Sunday, September 4, 2022 for the University of Michigan Go Blue Mix.
