Whereas, Toll Northeast V Corp., a Delaware corporation, is the owner of property commonly known as 660 Earhart Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105, described at Liber 5513, page 18 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Toll Northeast V Corp. has signed a grant of easement for public right-of-way described below and shown on the attached map:
AN 11 FOOT WIDE STRIP OF LAND LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 25, TOWN 2 SOUTH, RANGE 6 EAST, CITY OF ANN ARBOR, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN, DESCRIBED AS COMMENCING AT THE WEST 1/4 CORNER OF SAID SECTION 25; THENCE N01 °26'01 "W, 139.89 FEET ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 25; THENCE
N88"31 '15"E, 33.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING: THENCE N01 °26'01 "W 650.95 FEET; THENCE S89"28'01 "E 11.01 FEET; THENCE S01 "26'01 "E 650.57 FEET; THENCE S88"31 '05"W 11.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
