Resolution to Approve Ann Arbor Township Annexations (62 Properties) (CPC Recommendation: Approval - 9 Yeas and 0 Nays)
Memorandum
This resolution is to approve the annexation of 62 properties from Ann Arbor Township into the City. These properties are within the City’s water and sewer service area and are consistent with the adjacent zoning, land uses and master plan. They will come back for Council action on the zoning to single-family dwelling district after the annexation process is complete. The City Planning Commission, at its meeting of November 20, 2007, recommended approval of the annexations.
