Memorandum
This resolution is to accept an easement for water mains at 2453 South Industrial Highway from John E. Green Co., Inc
 
The easement has been reviewed by the appropriate City service areas, is in standard form, and is conveyed without cost to the City.  
 
Approval of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, John E. Green Co., Inc. is the owner of property commonly known as 2453 South Industrial Highway, more fully described at Liber 2036, Page 707, Washtenaw County Records; and
 
Whereas, John E. Green Co., Inc. has executed and delivered a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, being more particularly described as:
 
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 10 DEKONING SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Liber 21 of plats, Page 63, Washtenaw County Records; Being Part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 4, Town 3 South, Range 6 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence S01°08'00"E 120.02 feet along the East line of said Lot 10; thence S87°43'00"W 154.51 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing S87°43'00"W 50.00 feet; thence N01°08'00"W 120.02 feet; thence N87°43'00"E 56.50 feet along the North line of said Lot 10; thence S37°53'42"W 26.20 feet; thence S01°08'00"E 63.99 feet; thence N87°43'00"E 10.00 feet; thence S01°08'00"E 36.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
 
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor accepts this grant of easement.
