Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept a utility easement from Glencoe Hills, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, for the construction and maintenance of a sanitary sewer.
The easement was conveyed without cost to the City.
The Systems Planning Unit of Public Services Area has reviewed and approved the grant of easement.
Acceptance of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, Glencoe Hills, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the fee simple owner of property located in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan as described in the Washtenaw County Records at Liber 03438, Page 0867, recorded on June 6, 1997;
Whereas, On November 24, 2008, the Secretary of McKinley Associates, Inc., a Michigan corporation, as Manager of GPR McKinley Manager, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, which is the Manager of Glencoe Hills, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, certified that it has the authority to execute an easement for public utilities to the City; and
Whereas, Glencoe Hills, LLC, has delivered an executed grant of easement to the City for the construction and maintenance of municipally operated public services comprising the public utilities system to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:
A 45-foot wide easement for sanitary sewer located in the NW ¼ of Section 1, T3S, R6E, Pittsfield Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
Commencing at the SW Corner of Section 36, T2S, R6E, Ann Arbor Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N89º 20’ 00” E 1295.77 feet along the S line of said Section 36 and the centerline of Clark Road (variable width); thence S00º 40’...
