This easement is being granted in conjunction with a land division petition for 1780 Scio Church Road. It is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Capovista, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company is the owner and Craig Lorenz and Sarah Lorenz are the land contract vendees of property commonly known as 1780 Scio Church Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103, described at Liber 4869, page 902 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Capovista, LLC, owner, and Craig Lorenz and Sarah Lorenz, land contract vendees, have signed a grant of easement for public right-of-way, described as:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTH 1 / 4 CORNER OF SECTION 31, T2S-R6E, CITY OF ANN ARBOR, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN; THENCE S87º25'32"W 38.79 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 31; THENCE N01º21'50"W 50.01 FEET ALONG THE EAST LINE OF "LANDMARK MAPLE SUBDIVISION", LIBER 25 OF PLATS, PAGES 66-68, WASHTENAW COUNTY RECORDS; THENCE N87º25'32"E 37.71 FEET; THENCE N87º22'01"E 99. 77 FEET; THENCE S01°21 '50"E 50.01 FEET; THENCE S87º22'01''W 98.69 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 31 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
