Attached is a resolution to approve the request from Whole Foods Market Group, Inc., to transfer the ownership and location of a 2006 Class C Liquor Licensed Business, located in escrow at 50 E. North Territorial, Suite A, in Whitmore Lake, MI 48189, Northfield Township, from Northfield Road House, Inc. to Whole Foods Market Group, Inc. at 3135 Washtenaw. The applicant plans to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption by customers in the dining area of the grocery store.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
