Memorandum
This is an easement for an existing water main terminating in a hydrant. This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, West Side United Methodist Church is the owner of property commonly known as 900 South Seventh Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103, described in Deed recorded in Liber 2299, Page 91 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, West Side United Methodist Church has signed (and recorded in Liber 5299, page 502, Washtenaw County Records) a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
Part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, T2N-R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of Section 32; thence along the West line of Section 32, S 01°28'14" E, 257.04 feet (recorded as South, 257 feet); thence N 87°48'34" E, 462.71 feet (recorded as East, 462.46 feet); thence along the Westerly Right of Way line of South Seventh Street, S 01°25'32" E (recorded as South), 257.45 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the Easement to be described; thence continuing along the Westerly Right of Way line of South Seventh Street, S 01°25'32" E, 40.00 feet; thence S 87°53'03" W, 83.02 feet; thence N 02°06'57" W, 40.00 feet; thence N 87°53'03" E, 83.50 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
