Memorandum
Attached for your consideration is a request from TK Holdings, LLC, to transfer ownership and location of an escrowed 2010 Class C Liquor Licensed Business, from Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon of Michigan, Inc., located at 2111 Rawsonville Rd., Belleville, Michigan, to TK Holdings LLC, located at 327 Braun Ct., in Ann Arbor. TK Holdings, LLC is also requesting a new Dance-Entertainment Permit and a SDM Liquor License be held in conjunction with the pending request to transfer the ownership of the escrowed 2010 Class C Liquor License. The applicant plans to open a new restaurant under the name of Theory.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
