Whereas, Williamsburg Properties 76, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“Grantor”) is the developer of property commonly known as 500 E. Eisenhower Parkway, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48108; and
Whereas, Grantor has signed a grant of easement for watermain and appurtenances as described below and on the attached map:
A VARIABLE WIDTH WATERMAIN EASEMENT LOCATED IN AND BEING A PART OF THE NORTH HALF OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 3 SOUTH, RANGE 6 EAST, CITY OF ANN ARBOR, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN; SAID WATERMAIN EASEMENT BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 3 BRIARWOOD SUBDIVISION THENCE S01°10'02”E 195.91 FEET ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 3; THENCE S88°40'07”W 39.66 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING S88°40'07”W 13.78 FEET; THENCE N01°19'53”W 7.31 FEET; THENCE S88°40'07”W 26.24 FEET; THENCE N01°30'13”W 107.01 FEET; THENCE S87°58'14”W 52.51 FEET; THENCE S02°01'46”E 9.63 FEET; THENCE S87°58'14”W 40.00 FEET; THENCE N02°01'46”W 9.63 FEET; THENCE S87°58'14”W 298.77 FEET; THENCE N01°26'53”W 40.00 FEET; THENCE N87°58'14”E 431.24 FEET; THENCE S01°30'13”E 154.81 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this Grant of Easement.
