Memorandum
This easement is required as part of a project to reinforce and reconstruct a retaining wall along a public street using underground anchors to hold the wall in place. This easement is the second and final easement required for the project (Council accepted the other easement at 725 Watershed Court on September 26, 2016, R-16-337).

This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City. Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Panayiotis Y. Papalambros and Lynn M. Papalambros, Trustees of the Papalambros Family Trust, U.T.A 06-18-2014, are the owners of property commonly known as 3485 Narrow Gauge Way, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105, described at Liber 5043, Page 116 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and

Whereas, Panayiotis Y. Papalambros and Lynn M. Papalambros, Trustees of the Papalambros Family Trust, U.T.A 06-18-2014 have signed a grant of easement for underground retaining wall anchors and appurtenances thereto, described as:

The easterly 10 feet of Lot 16, "Watershed No. 2" Subdivision, as recorded in Liber 2147, Page 606 of Plats, Washtenaw County Records; described as: beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 16; thence along the northerly right of way line of Narrow Gauge Way S89?37'10"W 10.00 feet; thence N00?22'50"W 140.00 feet; thence along the north line of said Lot 16 N89?37'10"E 10.00 feet; thence along the westerly right of way line of Watershed Drive S00?22'50"E 140.00 feet to the point of beginning.
