I am the sole manager and a member of the following companies: Ann Arbor Rental Homes, LLC and Packard Stadium, LLC.
Ann Arbor Rental Homes owns the following residential properties: 1515 E. Park Place, 810 Dewey and 1018 Granger.
Packard Stadium, LLC owns the strip mall at 1423 E. Stadium.
On behalf of these companies with respect to these properties, I object to the proposed rezoning to R1D.
In particular, I question whether you intend to also rezone the strip mall at 1423 E. Stadium to R1D. Please advise.
