Attached is a resolution to approve the request from Lonestar Steakhouse & Saloon of Michigan, Inc. to transfer all stock through a merger in a 2006 Resort Class C Licensed business, located in escrow at 903 W. Eisenhower Parkway, wherein Lone Star Finance, Inc. is transferring 100 shares to new stockholder, LSF5 Cactus, LLC. The applicant is not currently occupying the space and is only interested in transferring stock at this time.
The Police and City Treasurer have approved the application. Planning and Development Services and Fire Services have agreed to waive the inspection at this time, since the building is not being occupied. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
