Attached for your consideration is a request from the Michigan Theater Foundation, Inc., for a new Entertainment Permit to be held in conjunction with a 2010 Club License, located at 603 E. Liberty. The applicant plans to maintain the same operation as currently licensed.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
