Correction to October Planning Commission Meeting Schedule

This item is appearing on the agenda to correct the adopted meeting schedule for the Planning Commission in October 2024. Due to the Indigenous People's Day holiday on Monday, October 14th, the regular meeting dates have been shifted. The correct October meeting date is Wednesday, October 16th, rather than the originally scheduled date on the adopted calendar. A council working session is also scheduled for Tuesday, October 15th in the Council Chambers to accommodate this shift. This agenda item allows the Commission to officially revise the October meeting dates on their adopted schedule.
