Memorandum
This easement covers a portion of existing sidewalk on the south side of the intersection of Huron Parkway and Traverwood Drive.
This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Traverwood Properties MDI, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 2300 Traverwood Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105, described in Liber 4037 Page 543 of Deeds, Washtenaw County;
Whereas, Traverwood Properties MDI, LLC, has executed and delivered an easement for a sidewalk, path, or way for public nonmotorized and pedestrian travel, described as:
Commencing at the S 1/4 Corner of Section 15, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, thence N 01°10'27" W 1808.11 feet along the N-S 1/4 line of said Section 15; thence N 51°49'25" W 426.69 feet along the Southerly right-of-way line of Huron Parkway (Variable Width) to the POINT OF BEGINNING, thence S 59°25'28" W 53.64 feet; thence N 37˚08" E 50.00 feet along the Easterly right-of-way line of Traverwood Drive (70.00 feet wide); thence S 51°49'25" E 20.00 feet along said Southerly right-of-way line of Huron Parkway to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Being a part of Tax Parcel I.D. No. 09-09-15-301-005.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor accepts this grant of easement.
