Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept an easement for the construction and maintenance of public utilities from The Eve L. Matusow Michigan Trust, a Massachusetts Trust.
The easement is in standard form and conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, The Eve L. Matusow Michigan Trust, a Massachusetts Trust, dated November 7, 2000, is the fee simple owner of property located in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan as described in the Washtenaw County Records at Liber 3983, Page 297 recorded on December 06, 2000 and at Liber 4759, Pages136 and 139, recorded on November 5, 2009;
Whereas, A Certificate of Trust Existence and Authority, dated November 4, 2009, authorized the delivery of a perpetual easement to the City for public utilities; and
Whereas, The Eve L. Matusow Michigan Trust has delivered an easement to the City for the construction and maintenance of municipally operated public services comprising the public utilities system to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:
