Whereas, South State Street Ann Arbor Retail LLC is the owner of property commonly known as 3201 South State Street a/k/a South State Street Ann Arbor Retail Condominium, described in a Master Deed recorded in Liber 5157, Page 199 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, South State Street Ann Arbor Retail LLC has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
