Title
Resolution to Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Stantec Consulting Michigan, Inc. for the Barton Raw Water Intake and Pump Station Improvements Project ($ 410,140.00)
Memorandum
This memorandum and resolution requests approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Stantec Consulting Michigan, Inc. for $410,140.00.

The consultant will complete a preliminary field investigation; draft a basis of design report; prepare contract documents for the proposed work; and initiate permitting and correspondence with state and local entities. This project will improve the delivery and reliability of raw water for the City's drinking water system. This project is included in the proposed CIP for FY18-20 but was advanced to take advantage of potential federal infrastructure funding that may be...
