Whereas, Patrick J. Flannery and Candace E. Terhune-Flannery, are the owners of property commonly known as 2883 Stone School Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104, described at Liber 5202, page 296 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Patrick J. Flannery and Candace E. Terhune-Flannery have signed a grant of easement for public sidewalk described below and shown on the attached map:
THE EAST 15 FEET OF THE WEST 48 FEET OF PARCEL NO 09-12-03-309-036 (ANN ARBOR) AS DESCRIBED BELOW:
COMMENCING AT THE SW CORNER OF SECTION 3 THENCE NORTH 1 DEG 11' 20” W 459.75 FEET IN THE WEST LINE OF SECTION 3 FOR A PLACE OF BEGINNING, THENCE N 1 DEG 11' 20” W 136.79 FEET, THENCE S 89 DEG 10' 20” E 258.24 FEET, THENCE S 0 DEG 45'40” W 121.68 FEET, THENCE S 87 DEG 26 '40" W 253.97 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, BEING PART OF W 1/2 OF SW 1/4 OF SECTION 3 T3S-R6E 0.76 ACRES.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
