Memorandum
Approval of this resolution will rezone this 3.1-acre parcel from R1C and R2A to R4B to allow a complete redevelopment of the site with 32 dwelling units in five buildings, including a community center, playground and all new site infrastructure.
The City Planning Commission determined that the proposed rezoning is consistent with the surrounding land uses and the City's Master Plan and recommended approval of the request at its meeting of August 6, 2014.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP, BEING A PART OF CHAPTER 55 OF TITLE V OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ANN ARBOR
The City of Ann Arbor ordains:
Section 1. THE ZONING MAP, which, by Section 5:4 of Chapter 55 of Title V of the Code of the City of Ann Arbor is made a part of said Chapter 55, shall be so amended as to designate the zoning classification of property described as follows:
Lots 69, 70 and 71 of Wagner-McComb Boulevard Gardens, as recorded in Liber 3 of Plats, Page 19, Washtenaw County Records, also known as 3451 and 3401 Platt Road.
in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan as R4B (Multiple Family Dwelling District).
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force on and after ten days from legal publication.
