Resolution to Approve a Contract with Interpersonal Frequency LLC to Redesign the City’s Website (not to exceed $121,978)
Memorandum
Attached for your approval is a contract in the amount not to exceed $121,978 with Interpersonal Frequency LLC for the purchase of services to redesign and develop frontend webpage templates for the City’s website, a2gov.org. Approval of a 10% contingency ($12,198) to cover potential change orders during the life of the project is also requested.
The City issued RFP No. 22-07 requesting proposals to complete the design and front-end development for a2gov.org. Twelve responses were received, and Interpersonal Frequency LLC was selected as the respondent with the design and development proposal that best met the City’s needs.
Budget/Fiscal Year: Funding for the website redesign and the project budget was planned for and approved in the Information Technology FY2023 budget.

Whereas, The City issued RFP#22-07, and through the course of proposal review, selected Interpersonal Frequency LLC for recommendation to Council; and
Whereas, Funding for the website redesign and the project budget was planned for and approved in the Information Technology FY2023 budget;
RESOLVED, That City Council approves a contract with Interpersonal Frequency LLC for website redesign and front-end development not to exceed $121,978;
RESOLVED, That City Council approves a 10% contingency in the amount of $12,198 to cover potential change orders, subject to City Administrator approval;
RESOLVED, That City Council authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contract with Interpersonal Frequency LLC subject to approval as to substance by the City Administrator and approval as to form by the City Attorney; and
RESOLVED, That Council authorizes the City Administrator to take the necessary administrative steps to implement this Resolution, including approval of contingency expenditures within the approved contingency amount.
