Whereas, the University of Michigan is the owner of property commonly known as 3600 Varsity Drive in the City of Ann Arbor,
Whereas, the University of Michigan has signed an agreement granting a water main easement, being more particularly described as follows:

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor accepts the easement and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to sign the easement agreement.
