Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept an easement for the construction and maintenance of public utilities from Centro NP Holdings 1, SPE, LLC, a limited liability corporation.
 
The easement is in standard form and conveyed without cost to the City.
 
Acceptance of the easement is recommended.

Body
Whereas, Centro NP Holdings 1, SPE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability corporation, is the owner in fee simple of property located in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, as described in the Washtenaw County Records at Liber 4641, Pages 463, recorded August 22, 2007;
 
Whereas, The Company's Limited Liability Agreement, dated June 29, 2007, authorized the delivery of an easement to the City for the construction and maintenance of municipally operated public services comprising the public utilities system to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually; and
 
Whereas, Centro NP Holdings 1, SPE, LLC, has delivered an easement to the City for the construction and maintenance of municipally operated public services comprising the public utilities system to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:
 
A 40.00 (forty) feet wide easement for water main, being a part of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 25, Town 2 South, Range 5 East, City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw, State of Michigan, whose centerline is described as:
