Memorandum
Attached for your review and approval is a resolution authorizing the approval of Schedule 30. This schedule is effective August 1, 2017 due to a lapse in the renewal of the previous Schedule 19. Fiscal/Budget Impact: The City’s portion of the internet connection are/will be planned and budgeted for in the FY18 - FY23 Information Technology Services Budget.
This agreement allows for collaboration and cost sharing and eliminates the need for individual internet connections. The city’s previous annual payment for the 200 Mbps access rate was $4,760.00.
